1 can of Beck's Smoked White Fish
1 green, 1 red and 1 orange peppers
2 chopped peppers
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup each chopped parsley and chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon each dried basil and dill
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Assorted raw vegetables and pita bread
Combine Beck's Smoked White Fish with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and triangles of pita bread.
Makes 16 servings.
