1 container of Beck’s Smoked Wild Tuna Spread
12 slices of bread, toasted
2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
2 Tbs. red onion, diced
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices of tomato
8 slices of ham
½ cup plus 4 Tbs. low fat mayonnaise
Mix Beck’s Smoked Wild Tuna Spread with dill, onion, and ½ cup of mayonnaise. Lay out bread slices in 4 rows of 3. Top each slice with 1 tsp. of mayonnaise. Divide tuna spread mixture amongst 4 slices of bread and top each slice with lettuce leaf and 2 slices of tomato. Add a second slice of bread, topping with 2 slices of ham. Crown with remaining slices of bread and secure with toothpicks. Cut in half diagonally and serve. Makes 4 servings.
