1 can of Beck's Smoked Salmon
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inches)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese,
1/3 cup very thin slices red onion
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded smoked swiss or mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. chopped boiled eggs
1 tbsp. drained bottled capers
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet. Combine oil and garlic; brush evenly over pizza crust. Arrange smoked salmon and cream cheese over pizza; top with red onion, cheese, eggs and capers. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of crust are crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
