1 container of Beck’s Real Crab Spread
1 ½ oz. crispy smoked bacon
2 to 3 Tbs. sour cream
1 ½ oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Wash the potato. Prick with a fork and rub with salt. Bake in a 350ºF oven until potato is tender, approximately 1 hour. Cut in petals and scoop out the flesh without breaking the skin, leaving only a thin layer of potato on the inside.
Mix the smoked bacon with the sour cream and the Cheddar cheese; divide amongst potato petals. Bake for 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and spoon in 2 or 3 Tbs. of Beck’s Real Crab Spread. Serve.
