8 oz. heavy cream
1/4 cup chives
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonaisse
1 tablespoon capers,rinsed and drained
1 cup Beck's smoked tuna
1 pound of sliced roast beef
Combine heavy cream, vinegar, mayonaisse and capers with 2/3 cup of Smoked Tuna in food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Add remaining 1/3 cup Smoked Tuna and mix until just stirred into the cream mixture.Place a layer of sliced roast beef in a serving plate and spread the creamy mix to cover. Add new layers spreaded with the mix until finish the preparation. Chill in plate lined with plastic wrap. Just before serving, garnish with chopped fresh chives and some capers .
