Beck’s Smokery was established in 1988 in Stuart, Florida as a supplier of smoked seafood and a Smoked Fish Dip to local restaurants.

With the success of its dip the company expanded its business to the South Florida area with customers in retail and foodservice markets.

In 1997, after reengineering the processing, streamlining production and relocating the production facility to Pompano Beach, Florida, the company extended its line of products and market reach.

Presently, Beck’s is specialized in the processing of seafood spreads.

The spreads are prepared from scratch, using real seafood.

A firm concern for sustainability and environmental impact is an integral part of Beck’s business model.
